Land Surveyors & Septic Designers:

Dave is someone who I met through the lovely Joanne Laychak. I wanted to sub-divide my 20 acres into 3 lots. Joanne recommended Dave for that exercise. Dave was wonderful. He handled everything: boundary surveys, site plans, perk tests, etc. He represented us at the planning board meetings and was key to getting our sub-division approved. I would recommend him to anyone seeking to sub-divide, build a septic system or provide site plans. For me, it was money well spent. Call him today!
