(August, 2004) - This is a fairly new Bistro opened recently in the Milford, NH area. It's located in a very small strip mall. If you hiccuped you would miss it. However, do yourself a favor and FIND it!

Rarely have my wife and I so thoroughly enjoyed a short evening of dinner. The people are delightful! The food is to die for! The aviance is superior! They are open for breakfast-lunch-dinner, Tuesdays through Sundays. Frequently they have live entertainment. It's a small, cozy atmosphere with about a dozen tables. Reservations are a must. The staff are warm and gregarous and filled with enthusiasm and excitement. They clearly love their work and the people that they serve. This restaurant is on top of my favorites list!

Their Web Site is www.VerveBistro.com. As they have described the meaning of "Verve" as energy and ethusiasm, we can assure you that the name fits.

(June, 2005) Just a footnote here: The true measure of a good restaurant is consistency in all areas: service, quality, quantity, variations, etc. We've visited many times, through multiple seasonal menu changes and I'm delighted to say these folks excel at consistency
