I believe the key to customer satisfaction can be summed up in one word:  Communication. At Peoples Home Equity, we have developed many different ways to ensure that all parties are involved and up to speed on the loan process every step of the way.

The number one complaint I hear from realtors is that they feel “in the dark” on what is going on or that they “can’t get a return phone call” to inquire on their transaction. This is why I am 100% committed to your transaction and communicating with you at all times. I am looking for long term business partners that share this philosophy with me and will only work with those that are. Referrals are the main source of my business and I feel that the only way to gain a solid referral source is by providing excellent service.
