During the process of lining-up a move from Virginia to Tennessee using a Virginia-based mortgage broker that I thought treated me fairly during my previous home purchase I was informed that they could not accommodate the out-of-state move due to licensing restrictions. This unfortunate news was received about two weeks prior to the closing date, and after a month of document retrieval, lender underwriting, and even getting locked in at a fair rate. As fear began to set-in I was referred to Christina Lane under high recommendation by my real estate agent who assured me that if anyone could pull the loan together in such a short timeframe it was her. Not only did we close on the scheduled date without a hitch, but Christina was able to lock me in at a lower rate!

We had been cautioned that using a mortgage company out of our new town could cause delays in the process. Christina assured us that she would be able to meet our needs in a timely fashion. Boy, was she right! We found a house and had to move within two weeks.
