July Homeownership Message from Ardrah 🏡✨
Rooted in Community. Connected Globally.
July is a beautiful reminder of independence, preparation, and moving forward with purpose. As we celebrate the 4th of July, I also want to recognize the importance of building a strong foundation for our families, our communities, and future generations. 🌿
For many homebuyers, summer is a powerful season to take action. Whether you are just beginning your homeownership journey, reviewing your credit, gathering documents, or actively searching for a home, every step matters. Homeownership does not always happen overnight, but with the right guidance, preparation, and loan strategy, it is possible. 🏠
This month, I encourage buyers to stay focused on the basics: know your budget, understand your estimated monthly payment, save for your upfront costs, and respond quickly to document requests once your loan is in process. These small actions can make a big difference when it is time to write an offer or move toward closing. 📋✨
For Native American buyers, veterans, first time buyers, and families looking to create stability, there are still strong loan options available, including HUD 184, FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, and down payment assistance programs when eligible. My goal is to help you understand your options clearly so you can make confident decisions. 🤎
As a reminder, some lenders, title companies, escrow offices, and support teams may be closed or lightly staffed around the Independence Day holiday. No closings will take place on Friday, July 3, 2026, as the holiday is observed. 🇺🇸
N8IV Real Estate Circle: Growing Together in Community 🤝✨
This month, I also want to share a special highlight from our N8IV Real Estate Circle. In May 2026, we came together for our monthly meet up with a focus on social media marketing and updating our professional photos. This gathering was more than a photo session. It was a reminder of why this circle was created: to bring together Native American real estate professionals who are committed to growth, visibility, education, and community impact. 📸
I am deeply grateful for everyone who continues to show up, share their gifts, and help build this circle with purpose. 🌻
A special thank you to Aliyah Owasicha, Marketing Manager, for helping support the vision and energy behind our growing brand presence. Thank you to our loan originators Ardrah Sage, Lydia Black, and soon Megan Smith. Thank you to our Realtors Maasai Robinson, Liv Clarke, Benjamin Anton, Gwen Andrews, Tanisha Talayumptewa, and Tricia Valenzuela for being part of this movement. 🏡
Thank you to Orlando Pelegio for capturing our professional photos and helping us showcase the people behind the work we do. 📷✨
I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Melissa, Jack, and Raul with Orterra Condominiums for hosting us, welcoming our group, and sharing the property with us. Your hospitality helped create a beautiful space for connection, collaboration, and professional growth. 🤎
The N8IV Real Estate Circle continues to grow because of people who believe in showing up, learning together, and creating opportunities for our communities. We are rooted in culture, connected through service, and committed to helping more Native families and professionals move forward. 🌎
