INCOME (often reduced): 

• WAGE/SALARY: 30-consecutive-days paystubs, most recent 2-years W2s
• COMMISSION: In addition to above, personal tax returns for the previous 2 years
• SELF-EMPLOYED: Most recent 2-years business licenses & business tax returns (if returns separate from personal).
• RETIRED: Most recent Pension/Social Security award letter(s), 2 years 1099s

ASSETS/RESERVES (often reduced):  Two-consecutive-months most recent bank statements on all accounts (important---all pages for each statement)

PURCHASE: Copy of purchase contract.
