I am going through a divorce. My name is not on the mortgage but i am getting a quitclaim deed. I will mainstain the payments of the mortgage as i have done for the last 1 1/2 years. If i decide to sell the home after the divorce, will he recieve any of the profit if there is a profit. [Bloomington IN]
