Not married, allowed SO name to be placed on deed/loan against banks advice. SO has paid 0 against mtg. Is there any way to remove SO without a legal battle. [Desert Hills AZ]

What's an SO? In any case, you cannot remove someone from title w/out their consent. Change perspectives and you'll understand why. What if this other party were able to remove you from title w/out your consent? I'm assuming that would be bad news. If you have a valid argument and the other party is reasonable and fair, I'd ask for their consent.
